In addition to aerobic conditioning and other wellness/fitness programs, programs for brain fitness are becoming more available to the general public. The Posit Science Brain Fitness Programtm is scientifically validated to help you do this. It consists of 40 one hour sessions of computer exercises especially calibrated to challenge and work the brain, helping improve memory, strengthen communication and sharpen thinking skills, by working the auditory system. A new program has just become available to exercise our vision called InSight, also from Posit Science. These are welcome additions to the many ways we can maintain or improve our health and well-being.
